Prepaid credit
You add credit by card or SEPA bank transfer, between €5 and €500 per payment. Stripe handles the payment and emails an invoice. Each server, volume, IP address and domain is paid from this balance.
Renewals
Servers, volumes and IP addresses renew monthly on the day they were created. With a saved card you can turn on automatic top-ups, so a renewal never fails for lack of credit.
When credit runs out
- The renewal is marked unpaid on the resource's page.
- After 3 days the server is switched off.
- After 14 days it is deleted, with its backups.
Top up before then and the resource continues as before.
Cancelling
Cancel a resource and it runs until the end of the month you paid for. Delete it to stop at once; the rest of that month is not refunded.
VAT
Prices are shown without VAT, with Spanish VAT (21%) beside them. Consumers in other EU countries pay their own country's rate.
